  Great for loans and pretty good for credit cards. I recommend to NOT use them for IRAs. Many of tellers, at least at this specific branch, are inexperienced with IRAs and are not properly trained with these type of accounts. I had to fix an issue caused by multiple tellers lack of knowledge about IRAs that has cost me hours of my time, undue stress and sub-par treatment of my IRA-related issues by personnel who oversee these tellers and these types of accounts. I was very disappointed with my IRA service and I take it seriously as it is my retirement that I am working hard for.

  The supervisor Allie has NO idea what she's doing and this bank is anything but helpful. Go to any other location. They couldn't figure out how to make a simple car payment and have attitude problems.
